Senior Executive Service career government employees from the Department of Justice, Department of Agriculture, and Department of the Interior will discuss their experiences as minorities in the Federal government and specifically, their experiences in the SES program.  During the panel discussion, panelists will also share advice on how to gain entrance into the SES program, career growth and career paths, resources, etc.

This event is co-sponsored by the South Asian Bar Association, Hispanic Bar Association, and Washington Bar Association.

Panelists include: Jerold Gidner, Department of Interior; Winona Scott, Department of Agriculture; Sonia Jimenez, Department of Agriculture; and Rupa Bhattacharyya, Department of Justice, and it will be moderated by Pilar Velasquez, Department of Agriculture and Leila Levi, Department of Agriculture.
