Co-Sponsored Event: Virtual Bollywood Workout Fundraiser

We’ve all been cooped up at home for a few weeks, so we’re excited to MOVE with a special Bollywood Workout Session with Jeannie Baumann, a local DC-Area instructor of Doonya: The Bollywood Workout. This special virtual event is co-sponsored by the Asian Pacific Bar Association-DC (APABA-DC), the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C. (SABA-DC), and the Capital Area Muslim Bar Association (CAMBA). In the interest of serving others, this event is also a targeted fundraiser to raise money for local service industry workers and others displaced or facing financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Doonya is a dance based, high-intensity interval training fitness program that targets major muscle groups through energetic steps and upbeat music. While this virtual class will be provided free of charge thanks to the generosity of Jeannie and Fitness Snob Studio, we encourage all participants to help our local community by donating directly to one of the organizations below.

When: Wednesday, April 16th, 2020, 6:30 - 7:30pm

Where: Zoom link to be emailed to registrants by noon on 4/16
