Join SABA-DC's Women's Mentoring Circle for a discussion with Wellness Coaches, Anu Kaur and Jaya Saxena, on how busy professionals can manage stress and balance nutrition to achieve optimal wellness. Come learn techniques that can easily be applied to your daily life to relieve stress, and maintain good nutrition and mindfulness. This is a SABA-DC Women's Mentoring Circle event, but all members and friends of SABA-DC are welcome to join.
Anu Kaur, MS, RDN, RYT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Wellness Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher. Anu is the founder and president of A Nu Healthy You and in her private practice, she applies a holistic approach to wellness, integrating both East and West philosophies for managing stress and balancing nutrition to achieve and maintain whole health. She is currently also currently a fellow at NIH with the Nutritional Science Research Group. Anu is also a nationally selected Diversity Leader and past recipient of the Emerging Dietetic Leadership Award from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
Jaya Saxena is currently an Assistant Director at the George Washington University Law School’s Office of Professional Development and Career Strategy. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from the Maryland University of Integrative Health (formerly Tai Sophia Institute), and has held a long-standing commitment to helping individuals achieve success both personally and professionally.
