Courageous Conversations: Discussing Systemic Racism, Implicit Bias, and the Role of Bar Associations in Addressing Them

This two-part event focuses on racism, racial discrimination in the judicial system, and the role of bar associations. Part One involves an educational component with Dean McClain presenting on racism and implicit bias. Part Two shall be a facilitated discussion with members of the bar to determine our role as lawyers, advocates, and officers of the Courts. The facilitated discussion will provide all members of the BCBA a chance to voice their opinion on these issues.
