Equal Pay Transparency - SABA San Diego

Equal Pay Transparency - SABA San Diego

It’s hard to advocate for equal pay when we don’t know how much our colleagues are making. As of now, most of us rely on awkward conversations or close friends in the legal field who are willing to share how much they make a year. Transparency is key to be able to advocate for ourselves.

SABA-SD has launched an Equal Pay Transparency page, publicly available on SABA-SD’s website. The website is community generated, and the submissions are anonymous, unless the submitter chooses otherwise. The questions have been created to allow for complete anonymity while also being able to intelligently contribute to the discussion. We ask that you submit salary information, and feel free to forward it to others who may be interested in the equal pay initiative.

Please join us in helping create wage transparency in the legal community to help us become better advocates for equal pay. As the saying goes: Rising tide lifts all boats. Visit: https://sabasandiego.org/equal-pay-transparency/
