In recent years, critical religious liberty issues have frequently divided the Supreme Court and impacted the fundamental rights of many communities.  The Trump administration's replacement of Justice Kennedy – the Court's often-crucial swing vote – raises a number of questions as to how these important issues will be impacted now and in the future.  Come listen to our panel of legal experts working on the frontline of these issues as they assess how this post-Kennedy Court may use the religious liberty framework to affect religious minorities, reproductive rights, and the LGBT community.
