Walk in Solidarity for Social Change

Wednesday, September 16, 2020 12:10 PM | SABA DC Communications (Administrator)

Please join the MBLA, MAHA and MBWA, along with their co-sponsors, AALAM, the MLGBTQ Bar, SABA GB, and the WBA, for this exciting new event to recommit and focus our collective efforts toward social change and racial equality.  On Wednesday, September 16, 2020, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., featured speakers will provide context to the historical fight for equality and a call to action.  We will walk to the Edward Brooke Courthouse, named after the first African American Attorney General for Massachusetts and member of the U.S. Senate.

We plan to videostream the event for those who cannot attend in-person.

Please note that we will require participants to wear masks.  More information on how to observe social distance practices while attending the event will be provided shortly.
