In recent years, critical religious liberty issues have frequently divided the Supreme Court and impacted the fundamental rights of many communities. The Trump administration's replacement of Justice Kennedy – the Court's often-crucial swing vote – raises a number of questions as to how these important issues will be impacted now and in the future.
