Keynote Speaker: Ambassador Richard R. Verma

SABA-DC is excited to announce that Richard R. Verma, former U.S. Ambassador to India, and current Mastercard Chief Legal Officer & Head of Global Public Policy, will be the Keynote Speaker at our 14th Annual Public Interest & Racial Justice Benefit Gala. We are honored to host Ambassador Verma, and we look forward to hearing his remarks, inspired by an illustrious career.

      Attire is Indian formal, Western formal, or cocktail.  As our gala is on an outdoor, covered terrace, please dress for the weather!

      Parking is available at the Fourth Street Garage (1101 Fourth Street SW, entrance between Masala Art and Nail Salon) and the West and East Garage (1100 Fourth Street SW, entrance next to CVS).  For all performances discounted parking is available through pre-reservation for $18 and day of performance parking will be sold at $22.00. The garages are a short .5-1 block walk around the corner to the Mead Center for American Theater. After 5 p.m. weekdays, or all day on weekends, you must pay for your parking at the ‘Pay Station’ in the garage upon exit (the discounted rate will automatically be applied). Advance reservation and payment is strongly recommended. Discount Pre-pay rate is exclusive for Arena Stage patrons.       COVID Policies: While our event is outside on the Terrace, please note that the venue asks attendees to mask when indoors.
