Want to make great cocktails and impress your friends?  Cocktails have become more and more complex and making the perfect cocktail is not easy. Join us on June 15 at D.C.’s hottest speakeasy, the Sheppard, as renowned mixologist David Strauss will provide SABA-DC members a tutorial on making classic cocktails.  Please note that this is a members only event.

Each cocktail making class lasts about 60 minutes and will provide instruction on making eleven classic cocktails:

The Old Fashioned
The Manhattan
Martinis
The Daiquiri
Gimlets
Sours
Traditional Sours
Collins
Rickey
Peasant Cocktails
Champagne Cocktails

Attendees learn not only how to professionally make each cocktail, but get to sample them as well! The bar will be open as a cash bar after the cocktail making class.
