2021 Mentorship Program

SABA-DC’s Mentorship Program pairs early to mid-career SABA-DC members with experienced attorneys in the DMV area who can provide career advice, guidance, and support throughout the year.  The Mentorship Program helps facilitate voluntary relationships between members of the South Asian legal community by matching Program participants based on experience, skills, and background.  This is a mentee-driven program, providing many benefits to SABA-DC members seeking active mentorship to augment their professional development.  For more experienced attorneys, serving as a mentor is a great way to give back to the SABA-DC community and share invaluable experience, perspective, and knowledge with local attorneys.  Once pairs are matched, mentors and mentees will have the opportunity to meet and get to know each other at our formal kick-off reception in  late March/early April.  Applications being accepted through March 5, 2021.
