Annual Holiday Party and Charity Toy Drive
HBA-DC will be holding the annual Holiday Party & Toy Drive to Benefit Mary's Center on December 12, 2019. Mary's Center is a Community Health Center that provides health care, family literacy and social services to individuals whose needs too often go unmet by the public and private systems. The event will be again be co-sponsored by the South Asian Bar Association (SABA-DC), and the Federal Bar Association of DC (FBA-DC). This year's event will be held in a private speakeasy room with a DJ. Dancing is encouraged! We will be collecting toys and we will have a silent auction to raise funds as well. If you have a raffle item you would like to donate, please email Social Committee Co-chair Diana Baquero-Stagg. Past raffle items include sporting event tickets and gift certificates for restaurants. This year we are raffling an iPad, among other great items!
