Minding Burnout: COVID-19 & Your Mental Health

SABA-DC is excited to present a virtual panel on COVID-19 & Burnout during Mental Health Awareness Month. In these uncertain times, many of us are struggling to juggle both personal and professional demands. Even before the pandemic, employee burnout in the legal profession was of real concern. With the added stressors of prolonged quarantine, many of us are finding it difficult to manage burnout. Our panelists will share tips on what you can do to reduce stress and uncertainty, manage struggles, and maintain work-life balance.

Our panelists include Dr. Binita Amin, Rudhir Krishtel, and Trisha Nakano Bhagen.  Dr. Amin is a clinical psychologist in the DC area who provides individual, couples and group therapy. Her primary specialties include depression, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as job stress, relationships, grief/loss, and sleep concerns. Rudhir Krishtel is a certified Co-Active Coach and facilitator, based in Sunnyvale, California. Rudhir focuses on workplace wellness and intensity. As a former lawyer, Rudhir coaches clients and hosts workshops to identify the issues that hold lawyers back from advancing in their careers with clarity and fulfillment. Trisha Nakano Bhagen, a DC-based Certified Nutrition Specialist, National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher, is an accomplished integrative health educator with expertise in integrative nutrition, health and wellness coaching, wellness program management and mindfulness.

The panel will be moderated by Nina Tandon, Associate General Counsel at the American Psychological Association (APA) and SABA-DC General Director.

When: Monday, May 27th at 7pm EST
