Join SABA-DC for a virtual panel discussion on current trends and challenges in the immigration field. Our panel of immigration experts will discuss the latest on travel bans, including the H-1B and L-1 ban, waivers, DACA, asylum, removal, and naturalization. The panel will also address COVID-19’s impact on immigration and the effect of the upcoming presidential election on immigration. The goal of this panel is to educate law students and non-immigration attorneys about the current trends in immigration law and provide valuable information about issues that disproportionately affect communities of color, and in particular, the South Asian community.
