Watch On the Basis of Sex with SABA-DC
Please join SABA-DC members for our first event of 2019! We will be meeting at E Street Cinema on Sunday, January 6 to watch On the Basis of Sex.
At the age of 85, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has developed a breathtaking legal legacy while becoming an unexpected pop culture icon. Academy Award nominee Felicity Jones stars in the inspiring story of young lawyer Ruth Bader Ginsburg. On the Basis of Sex tells the story of Justice Ginsburg’s early partnership with her husband Marty to pursue gender equality issues before they were acknowledged as an issue.
