An Afternoon with the Marshal of the Supreme Court
Please join APABA-DC, APABA-MD, and SABA-DC for an afternoon talk with the Marshal of the Supreme Court, Pamela Talkin, the first female to ever hold this position. The Marshal will discuss the role of the Marshal, her observations of oral argument, and her experiences with the Justices. The talk will be from 4-5 pm at the Supreme Court and will be moderated by Dave Sidhu, a law professor and former fellow at the Supreme Court. The Marshal has kindly arranged for an optional tour of the Court, starting at 3pm. When: October 24, 2019 from 4-5 pm (Optional tour is starts 3 pm, please meet at the statue of John Marshall) Where: The Supreme Court of the United States, 1 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20543 RSVP: There are very limited spots for this discussion, so this event will be Members only and there will be a wait list.
