The SEC’s Division of Enforcement is seeking talented and committed attorneys interested in complex and challenging work to help achieve its primary mission of protecting investors and U.S. markets. The Division of Enforcement plays an essential role in carrying out the SEC’s mission by investigating possible violations of the federal securities laws and prosecuting the Commission’s civil suits in federal courts and administrative proceedings.
