Job Requirements:
The successful applicant must:
- Possess strong skills in advising employee benefits/executive compensation issues in M&A transactions.
- Have experience in designing, drafting, and operating tax-qualified retirement, health and welfare plans, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation.
- Be experienced in Title I and ERISA fiduciary issues.
