Job Description:
- Prepare detailed advisory opinions, legal briefs, memoranda and/or reports outlining and analyzing facts and legal issues, explaining the application of complex legal priniciples and precedents, and documenting recommendations for conclusion/resolution.
- Review and analyze the most complex and controversial factual and legal issues presented to determine what further facts are needed and what legal source are applicable.
- Provides guidance and assistance to executive management, supervisors and staff, on human resource management issues in concert with appropriate HRB staff.
