Wiley Litigation Special Counsel

• Attorney for our Washington, DC office
• At least six years of research and writing, motions practice, and strategic litigation experience
• Seeking candidates with extensive litigation experience, superior brief writing skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of litigation  
• Federal District Court or Circuit Court of Appeals clerkship strongly preferred
• Foreign language proficiency and/or international arbitration experience is a plus
• All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references
• Non-partnership track position in expanding commercial litigation/international arbitration practice with an 1,800 billable hour benchmark
