The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia has posted the following positions in its Criminal Division.  Please see the information below and consider applying.

Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) –  Newport News

Although the responsibilities of this position will encompass the full scope of criminal matters handled by the Office, it will include the prosecution of child exploitation offenses.  See  https://www.justice.gov/legal-careers/job/assistant-united-states-attorney-924.   The application deadline is Thursday, April 22, 2021.


Assistant United States Attorney  –  Alexandria

This AUSA will be part of a dedicated team helping to prosecute federal criminal cases and prepare appeals in either the National Security/International Crime Unit or Cybercrime Unit.  https://www.justice.gov/legal-careers/job/assistant-united-states-attorney-1223.   The application deadline is Friday, April 23, 2021.
