Litigation/White Collar Associate at Wiley

• Attorney for our Washington, DC office
• 3 – 4 years of experience in civil litigation, False Claims Act matters, White Collar Criminal Defense, Securities Exchange Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission defense, and other Government investigations and civil enforcement matters
• Prior prosecutorial or government investigative experience preferred, but not required
• District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship preferred, but not required
• Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines are sought to assume responsibility in our nationally recognized practice group
