Wiley Environment & Product Regulation Associate

  • Attorney for our Washington, DC office
  • Three to four years of experience with environmental, occupational safety, consumer product regulatory and enforcement matters
  • Experience with Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), pesticide and chemical control matters preferred
  • Strong project management and writing skills required

  • Qualified candidates will have at least six years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Government and Congressional investigations, White Collar Criminal Defense, False Claims Act, Civil enforcement matters, Securities Exchange Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission
