• Attorney for our Washington, DC office to join our expanding commercial litigation practice

• At least six years of research and writing, motions practice, and strategic litigation experience

• Seeking candidates with extensive litigation experience, superior brief writing skills, and the ability to manage all aspects of litigation

• District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship preferred

• All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references

• Non-partnership track position with an 1,800 billable hour requirement
