• Health care transactions experience and general knowledge of the health care industry and government health care programs (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid) preferred
• Significant experience in contract language, interpretation, and drafting is required
• Seeking academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
