The Assistant General Counsel for Business and Administrative Law Serves as in the Program Service component of the Office of the General Counsel. Assists the Deputy General Counsel for Program Service in advising the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, the Under Secretary, Assistant Secretaries, the Chief Operating Officer of Federal Student Aid, and other Departmental officials on issues of government-wide and Department-wide significance or operations of the Department.
