Brief summary of positions:

The Children, Families, and Aging Division within the U.S. Department of Human Services’ Office of General Counsel seeks to hire several attorneys. One attorney would focus on disability issues and Native American issues. Another would focus on refugee issues, specifically unaccompanied children. Several other attorneys would focus on child care and preschool(these positions are dependent on passage of Build Back Better). We plan to hire at the GS 11-14 range. We will begin reviewing applications February 4, 2022.
