ORF America is seeking a full-time Fellow with prior work experience in the field of technology policy to conduct research on international technology policy related to critical and emerging technologies, including but not limited to AI, quantum computing, automation, defense, space, and biotechnology. The Fellow would be expected to provide strategic guidance to the organization on these issues, contribute timely research and commentary, manage policy dialogues, coordinate with partners in India and around the world, and develop the organization’s policy networks. Successful candidates should be based in the Washington, D.C. area (or be willing to relocate), and be eligible to work in the United States.
