Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the firm’s Environment, Energy, and Resources practice. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience with environmental regulatory and/or litigation matters. Experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Renewable Fuel Standard, Indian Law and/or experience challenging and defending federal approvals under the Administrative Procedure Act is a plus. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, advocacy and client service skills. A prior federal judicial clerkship is also a plus.
