    The SEC’s Division of Enforcement is seeking talented and committed attorneys interested in complex and challenging work to help protect investors and U.S. markets. The Division of Enforcement plays an essential role in carrying out the SEC’s mission by investigating potential violations of the federal securities laws and prosecuting the Commission’s civil suits in federal courts and administrative proceedings.

    We are currently hiring investigative attorneys and trial attorneys in Washington, DC and select regional offices.  The deadline to apply is Thursday, July 2, 2026.

    ORF America is seeking a research analyst to conduct quantitative research on current international trade issues and economics, including trade between India and the United States. The analyst would work within a broader economic policy research team and with partners in ORF’s offices in India and the Middle East to create regular data-driven analyses of international trade flows. Successful candidates should be based in the Washington, D.C. area (or be willing to relocate), and be eligible to work in the United States.
