Dorsey is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join the Boise, Denver, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Seattle, or Washington D.C. office. This attorney will join a team of dedicated associates and partners in Dorsey’s growing IP Litigation Practice Group. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on complex patent, trademark, and other IP litigation matters in federal courts around the United States and possibly before the PTAB or ITC. Specifically, you will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters, primarily patent litigation and trademark:
- written discovery
- invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions
- brief writing
- depositions
- working with experts
- trial preparation 
- appellate work

The following qualifications are required:
- Two to four years of IP litigation attorney experience 
- A JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school 
- The ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency
- Strong communication and writing skills
